Summary
Bread Loaf used its Integrated Project ManagementSM (IPM) approach to perform design and construction management activities for the East Academic Building renovation.
Originally designed as a science building by Edward Durrell Stone, the renovated building now houses classrooms, offices, specialized tutorial spaces and a 140-seat lecture hall. This state-of-the-art teaching facility reflects the College’s mission as a teaching and research leader in attention deficit disorder, dyslexia, and learning disabilities. The project received a Kresge Foundation Green Building Initiative Grant.
