The Estimating Department is involved in each IPM project from conceptual design through construction.
The Department’s primary responsibility is to manage and determine the estimated cost of construction and provide leadership to assure the project scope and quality remains in alignment with the budget. Estimators manage bidding, subcontractor negotiations and set the final contract value for the project.
The Estimating staff includes the Vice President of Estimating, Senior Estimators, Estimators, and the Estimating Coordinator.
The candidate should have advanced planning skills and the ability to take the lead on projects, complemented by the ability to shift gears quickly.
