Summary

Bread Loaf used Integrated Project Management^SM (IPM) to create the new home for Elderly Services, Inc. They are a not-for-profit service providing adult day care to Middlebury and surrounding Vermont communities. The building’s farmhouse vernacular provides participants with day care in a non-institutional, home-like setting. The facility is surrounded with stone walls, gardens, orchards and walking paths to further enhance the clients’ experience.
