Summary
Mack Molding, a plastic injection molding plant based in Arlington, Vermont, received permits for an ambitious three-phase, ten-year construction plan. Bread Loaf’s Integrated Project ManagementSM (IPM) system helped navigate the complex permitting process and completed the first phase of the 125,000 square foot headquarters in less than a year.
Phases II and III then followed with a fast-track, eleven-month schedule for construction of 185,000 gross square feet, including ACT 250, Department of Public Safety and local permit acquisition. The final 310,000 square foot facility includes a 110,000 square foot warehouse, two aluminum silos for storing bulk resin, a quality control lab space, a facility for designing and building test systems, a tool room and an employee fitness center.
