Summary

Bread Loaf was the Construction Manager for condominiums at Okemo Mountain Resort in Ludlow, Vermont. The condos provide ski-in, ski-out convenience as well as underground parking for the owners of 39 individual two-, three- and four-bedroom units at the Okemo-Jackson Gore site.

The condos feature fireplaces, granite counter tops, Jacuzzi™ tubs and private ski lockers. Bread Loaf builders used the newest insulation technology—blown Nu-Wool® cellulose—to assure optimum comfort and sound control. An outdoor spa also adds to the amenities.
