Projects
Williams College Tyler House and Tyler Annex
I just wanted to send you a note to tell you how happy I am with the renovation projects at Tyler House and Tyler Annex. Right from the start the team approach was evident, and I was very impressed and happy to work with each of the folks I met. Your team worked wonders to bring both these buildings alive. They were very attentive to our needs and all your good crews kept the project humming.” Tom McEvoy Williams College Director of Housing
Summary
Bread Loaf’s architects and construction managers worked together to accommodate the current needs and desires of Williams College’s students at the Tyler Complex. The residence facility consisted of a 1920’s Tudor Style residence with a 1970’s era dormitory annex. Improvements to the complex feature new lounges, common rooms, bathrooms and kitchen areas as well as installation of efficient mechanical and electrical systems and new finishes throughout.
