Alderman’s Toyota, one of the premier automobile dealership in the region, is located in Rutland, Vermont. Bread Loaf provided Construction Services for the expansion of Alderman’s Service Center and for renovations within the existing dealership. Bread Loaf also constructed a new building for the Used Car Center and a new state-of-the-art Carwash.

The existing new car dealership received a new façade and a renovated and expanded customer reception area. The Service Center service area space was increased, new service lifts were added, offices and a conference room for employee training was also constructed.

With a substantial market for used automobiles, the newly constructed Used Car Center was built with the look and feel of a new automobile dealership. The Used Car Center includes a vehicle reconditioning area encompassing eight work bays that are dedicated to auto detailing.

Located adjacent to the dealership is the new Carwash. This automated 172 foot long conveyor-type car wash, with a capacity of 125 cars per hour, is the only one of its kind in New England. The computerized system measures the length of each vehicle and utilizes recycled water in its series of environmentally friendly high-pressure washers.
