Bread Loaf designed a dramatic full-length skylight over the open 200-foot circulation space and interior mezzanine. These spaces unite administration and operations areas by providing views from the interior mezzanine to the entire operations area and increase the sense of security within the facility by providing well lit open spaces. The project included corporate offices, call center, warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, mail order spaces and planned expansion. Development of the site included remediation of a brownfield prior to commencing building construction.
