It is always a pleasure to work with your talented team, and to see the solid values that you bring to your company reflected at every level. I have learned a great deal from working with Bread Loaf.

Brent Betit Executive Vice President Landmark College

Bread Loaf used its Integrated Project ManagementSM (IPM) approach to perform design and construction management activities for the East Academic Building renovation.

Originally designed as a science building by Edward Durrell Stone, the renovated building now houses classrooms, offices, specialized tutorial spaces and a 140-seat lecture hall. This state-of-the-art teaching facility reflects the College’s mission as a teaching and research leader in attention deficit disorder, dyslexia, and learning disabilities. The project received a Kresge Foundation Green Building Initiative Grant.
