Northeast Kingdom Human Services provides community-based, consumer-sensitive, mental health, substance abuse, and developmental services to the residents of the Northeast Kingdom. Northeast Kingdom Human Services provides these services around the clock to residents of the Northeast Kingdom through contracts with the State of Vermont.

Bread Loaf Corporation was selected by Northeast Kingdom Human Services to build its new $6.55 million consolidated office facility in Derby, Vermont. The new building houses over 200 employees and serves on average 1,800 to 2,000 children and adults. The new building consists of a two-story steel framed office structure that includes over 30,000 square feet of office space. Site improvements constructed on the 5 acre site included new water and sewer services and 132 parking spaces.
