Bread Loaf was selected to build this 5,400 square foot renovation and expansion of the Dermatology Clinic at Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington, Vermont.

The renovation and new construction work took place in unoccupied and unfinished spaces within the operational Dermatology Clinic. The work for the Dermatology Clinic included new office suites, multiple labs, exam rooms, conference rooms and reception space.

All new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm and fire suppression systems, and updated communication and data systems were installed. The overall duration for all construction activities, from beginning demolition to completion of punch list, was fourteen weeks.
